Employees is a menu that is used to manage all employee information as a company database, both employee personal information, employment information, payroll information, and includes activities for adding employees, changing employee information, employee transfer history, PTKP status adjustments, importing employee data, and so on. Apart from the Employee menu, you can also manage Employees Status via the Dashboard menu, or click here.

Here is an explanation of the Employee menu:

1	More	The menu that is used to access: Mass Resign: Used to do mass employee resignation. Import/export Prorate: Manage prorated employee data with import and export features. PTKP Status Adjustment: Manage employee PTKP change data.
2	Employee Transfer	Displays the history of changes to employee personnel data (transfers, rotations, promotions) and changes to employee information (mutations, rotations, promotions).
3	Add Employee	Menu used to access: Mass Resign: Used to do mass employee resignation. Import/export Prorate: Manage prorated employee data with import and export features. PTKP Status Adjustment: Manage employee PTKP change data.
4	Search	Used to search for employee information based on keywords or options provided.
5	Guidebook	A guidebook for using Talenta.
6	Insight	The shortcut used to access the Insights menu on Talenta.
7	Bulk Update	Used to update employee data that has been inputted such as General Info, Emergency Contact, Family Data, Education History, Informal Education, Working Experience, Custom Field, and Profile Picture.
8	Export Employee List	Download employee employment data based on the selected field information filter.
9	Column Display	Button to display employee information by column.
10	Action	Menu used to manage employee data: Detail: View employee information in details. Transfer: Change employee information in the event of mutation, rotation and promotion. Resign: Resign employees in the Talenta database. Delete: Delete unnecessary employee data.
11	Filter	To filter employee information by Status, Employment Status, Branch, Organization and Job Position.
12	Org Chart	To show the chart Manager.
13	Directory	To show all employee data.
14	Showing	Set up the employee information view for the Employee Table view.
