If employees make loans to companies, you can enter their data in Talents in the Loan sub-menu. Then, you can view the report in the form of a Loan Report which displays detailed loan data and installments paid by employees in one period. This report will be displayed in XLS format. In this section, you will learn how to view Loan Reports on Talenta.
Here are the steps:
- Go to Payroll menu.
- Select View Reports.
- Then filter the period and branch for which you want to see the report.
- Select Loan Report tab.
- Select Loan Report.
- The report will be downloaded automatically, and you will be shown the information as follows.
No. Column Description 1. Installment Shows the number of installments or tenors that have been filed and information about the payment for how many installments. 2. Current Payment Shows the nominal payment made in that month. 3. Total Payment Shows the total payment. 4. Remaining Loan Shows information on the nominal remaining installments that have not been paid. 5. Total Loan Total loans submitted by employees.
If in the same period, an employee has two or more different loan transactions, the report will display details of a number of transactions for the same employee.
