How to Add Custom Fields for All Employees (Custom Fields)

Similar to the my files category, companies can also add custom fields for employees. Custom fields are useful for employee information purposes. Because complete employee information is needed for data collection purposes in the company. On Talenta, you can add additional information beyond what Talenta provides.

Here are the steps.

  1. On the Dashboard menu, click the "profile" icon at the top right.
  2. Then click "Company Settings".
  3. Click the "Custom Field" tab.
  4. Click “New” to input the information you want to add.
  5. Enter a field name in the Field Name. 
  6. Select the column type for the additional information in the Field Type.

    There are 4 types of fields that you can choose, namely:
    Text Area for descriptions in long paragraphs.
    - Text Input for short sentences.
    - Date Picker for date information.
    - Dropdown List to determine the choice directly.
    Example: Uniform size with options (S, M, L, XL).

  7. Check Show on ESS to display additional columns on ESS.
  8. Check Show on Curriculum Vitae to display additional information on the Curriculum Vitae report.

Furthermore, you can add custom field information that has been made in bulk via bulk import to the Employee menu. This feature will make it easier for you to add information on employees simultaneously.
