Here are the steps:

1. On the Dashboard menu, select the Profile menu at the top right.
   
2. Then click"Company Settings".
   
3. Select the "ESS" menu.
   
   
4. Click the "Module" tab.
   
   
5. In the My Info Module section, select disable or enable in the Update profile picture from Employee section so that employees can update their profile photos.
   
6. Click "Save".
