Tax Recalculate is a feature that can be used to recalculate PPh 21 calculations when there are changes to tax-related components. This can happen if there is a change in employee PTKP rates.
Here are the steps.
- Go to Payroll Menu.
- Select Tax Recalculate.
- Click “Yes”.
- Select the date and year for the tax recalculation.
- Click "Select Employee To Recalculate" to determine which employees' taxes will be recalculated.
- Click “Continue”.
- Click "View Report" and you will be directed to the report page. Select the Tax Report tab, click "Tax Detail" and click "Tax Recalculate Report".
- The report will look like this.
