Apart from going through the finance menu on talenta.co, you can also apply for reimbursement via Talenta Mobile. So that submission will be easier and more practical.
Here are the steps:
- Click “Reimbursement” or "Request Reimbursement" on the Homepage.
- On the reimbursement page, click "Request Reimbursement"
- Fill in the submission date.
- Select the type of reimbursement in the Reimbursement Name column. After you select the type of reimbursement, information on your remaining balance will appear at the bottom.
- Enter the Description if necessary.
- Upload the required documents.
- Click "Add Item" to select the type of benefit from the selected reimbursement.
- Fill in the Item Name data that you are requesting along with the nominal proposed in the Request Amount column.
- Click the "Add Item" button.
- Then, click "Request" to send the reimbursement request.
- Then the reimbursement that you submit will look like the following.
Furthermore, you can also see the history of the reimbursement that you submitted on Talenta mobile. You can also cancel reimbursement and see the status of the reimbursement you submitted.
