On Talenta, you can manage Forms access to Super Admins or Custom Admins. You can do this setting if you subscribe to Forms Talenta Plus. Previously, you can learn how to create forms on Talenta, here.

Here are the steps:

1. Click the Account Settings menu.
   
2. Select Users and click “Access Role”.
   
3. Click “New” to create a new access role or click "Edit" to change the setting. 
   
4. Then in the Role Type section tick "Custom" and in the Company section, tick "View" in Forms.
   
5. Click “Save”
   
   

After this, you can see how to set Talenta approval forms. You can do this setting if you want all employees or only a few employees to be able to access the Talenta form.
