Polling on the Company menu is used to review the voting that is being held. In this poll menu, you can see a list of active polls and give voting rights. To view polls, super admins need to create polls first.

Here are the steps:

1.  Click the Company menu.
   
2. Then click "Polling".
   
3.  You can see the currently running Poll as shown below.
   
4. To choose a poll, simply select and click the available options as follows.
   
5. Then click "Confirm".
   
6. Then the option you choose will be like this.
   

On Talenta, apart from using polls, companies can also create forms for voting. Different from polls, on Talenta forms, companies can make many choices of questions and answers.
